Overview I teach in our award winning entrepreneurship MBA program, Ph.D. program, and our undergraduate program. I spearheaded the creation of the degree program in entrepreneurship for undergraduate students at the University of Wisconsin. The program was ranked #16 in the country by Princeton Review in 2009. Click here to learn more about the program. Teaching (2010-2011) Fall: I am not teaching this semester. However, I am available to advise an honors thesis or supervise students interested in pursuing independent study. Spring: MHR422: Introduction to Entrepreneurship for undergraduate students. This is an applied course, designed to help you increase your chances of being successful if you decide to engage in entrepreneurship. This is also a useful course for service providers, such as individuals who aspire to become a lawyer, accountant, or venture capitalist. MHR427:Venture Growth Strategies. This is the capstone course for our undergraduate degree program in entrepreneurship. While students in the program are the first to be able to secure seats in the class, this class is open to all students who are interested in learning more about entrepreneurship. MHR977:Emerging Entrepreneurship: This is a Ph.D. level course in entrepreneurship. The mission of this course is to provide individuals who are actively pursuing a Ph.D. degree in a NON-BUSINESS major, including those in programs outside of the social sciences, an introduction to academic research on the topic of entrepreneurship. The course is centered learning what social science has to contribute to contemporary debates related to entrepreneurship and innovation. Students who are pursuing graduate level degrees other than a Ph.D. are welcome, although I suggest you contact me so we can discuss your interests and expectations before enrolling in the course.
